Cinnamon Syrup

1 c sugar
1/2 c light corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c whipping cream

In small sauce pan stir together all but cream.  Bring to boil on moderate heat.  Stir in cream.  Serve warm over pumpkin waffles.
