2 lb hamburger
2 eggs
2/3 c milk
2 teas pepper
2 slices bread cubed
1 1/2 teas dried onion
2 teas salt
2/3 c carrot shredded
Mix all together and press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for an hour
Glaze
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c ketchup
1 tbl mustard
Mix glaze, spread on top bake for 15 more minutes
