Salted Potatoes
Yukon Gold Potatoes or Small Russets
Olive Oil
Garlic Salt
Scrub and wash potatoes, cut in half, dry. Roll potatoes in olive oil, then roll in garlic salt and RUB salt in. Bake at 350 for about an hour.
