1 C whipping cream, whipped stiff
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 C powdered sugar
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Fold in whipped cream. Place in pie crust. Good pie crust is best but sometimes I cheat and used Great Value graham cracker crust.
Toppings
WILDERNESS blueberry or cherry pie filling
for lemon I like STONEWALL KITCHEN Lemon Curd
(bought in the jam section at Harmon's)
Whip up 1/2-2/3 of the jar of lemon curd in a mixer to soften. Fold in to the cream mixture.
